My Garden BOM

Here is the first block of Lynette Anderson's Mystery BOM  completed!! So cute.....
I am making this as a sample for The Country Yard
We have sourced the same fabric's that Lynette has used.
I did the stitching in Aurifil threads, which are just lovely to use.
Go here to find out how you can join in the fun...but be quick as places are going very fast!!

Now I just have to wait for block 2.........what will I do?? Quilting!

Watch this space as I am quilting 'Under the Southern Stars'.

  4. Cute block! I am having my quilt blog fix this morning before I finish my last of 6 rush job "small" custom quilts. They're samples for a huge quilt show in Long Beach CA, and have lots of pretty hand embroideries like yours. I am a slow and methodical quilter, emphasis on slow, and got cranky this weekend cuz I wanted to get back to my own projects. But, do appreciate the work from my nice customers! Hope your having fun with leaders and enders, yeh!
