An eclectic mix.......................


Hi there and welcome back, it's been a wee while since my last blog post, waiting for quilts to be reunited with their owners takes a bit of waiting. Anyhow here are three very different quilts. One from Julie, Shannon and one....well two technically from the team at The Country Yard.

Batting - Wool/ Polyester - purchased from me.
Backing - supplied by customer. (pieced)
Thread - Glide.
Quilting - Edge to edge - "Camellia's"

Pattern - charm pack.
Measurements - 35" x 39"
Batting - Polyester - purchased from me.
Backing - Cream Sprig - purchased from me.
Thread - Glide.
Quilting - Custom.




Quilt information:

Pattern - known to me - contact The Country Yard.
Measurements - 31" x 51" - wall hanging and 14" x 27"- table runner.
Batting - supplied by customer.
Backing - supplied by customer.
Thread - Glide.
Quilting - Edge to edge - freehand 'Woodgrain'.
Binding - Full Quiltmekiwi Binding Service.

For all those people who have asked harped on about Simon (Simon is our cat for those who don't know) here he is enjoying the fire.

  2. Yes I am one of the "harpers" about Simon ... pleased to see he is still King of the Roost. I love all the quilts in todays post. I saw that farmyard panel at my local quilt shop today & loved it. Just popping over to Julie's blog to see her quilt.

  6. Good to see Simon has got the prime spot in your house Leeanne :-) Great quilting here - Julie's quilt is a colourful delight - what a great backing too, it's turned it into a reversible quilt. I love the colurs in Shannon's quilt, too.
