A quilt from Remarkable Symposium........

This quilt was made by Jacki at Remarkable Symposium 2011. The design is by Lisa Walton of http://www.dyedheaven.com/ . Jacki attended one of the classes on offer called "Cutout Magic".

Jacki picked this quilt up today and was  so excited she hugged me! I made and attached a hanging sleeve and attached the binding ready for Jacki to hand sew down.

I'm not sure if you can see the quilting I did....maybe if you click on the photo you will see. I just free motioned the red cutouts using Madeira Polyneon thread and stitched in the ditch either side of the red wavy border.

    O wow what a gorgeous quilt! I couldn't see the quilting on the photo - but thanks for sharing anyway :-)

    That's one sassy quilt! Couldn't see the quilting either but if someone hugs you, then she must have loved it and that's what counts.
