French, greek and Irish inspired quilts...

The pattern is called 'The Greek Cross'
close up of quilting

Marcelle made this quilt for a friend living in Ireland made from Moda fabric by Brannock & Patek called 'Remembrance'

The other day I gave you a peep of this quilt . Here is some more photo's, complete with some stunning cushions!
This fabric is also my Moda by French General called :'Maison de Garance'.

Now back to making my Christmas presents!!

  1. They are both beautiful Leeanne... you always do a lovely job!

  2. Both quilts are beautiful, I really love the one on the bed and it goes so perfectly in the room. The cushions are gorgeous too. The one you made for your nephew is amazing too.

  3. they are all lovely....but I espcially like the last picture on the bed; the cushions are adorable!! But I love each quilt....

  4. I love French General Fabrics, and I have a whole fat quarter pack of Lumiere de Noel to use one day - this sort of pattern looks like great. And I love your Nephew's quilt - plaids and stripes are very cool!

  5. Wow - Marcelle's came up well - the quilting enhances the Greek cross look :-) As for the beautiful bedroom scene - stunning!

  6. Hi I just popped over after seeing your quilts and cushion on the other Leanne's blog at the Whangerei show. Well done!
