Here we have part of the centre of the quilt that has a stitched stem and appliqued leaves, I love how some flowers are not dead centre, it gives overall interest.I have been trying to figure out what kind of flowers they are? Camellias?Or Roses?
What a nice quilt!!! Gorgeous quilting!!
ReplyDeletemaybe Helleborus flowers?
ReplyDeleteThat quilt is beautiful, and your quilting really finishes it off. Stunning!
ReplyDeleteLeeann...yes I think you are right about the Helleborus! good spotting!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful quilt - love the quilting - on the curved ones do you do double stitching? Now you can see why I want to make up that pattern I showed you yesterday. !!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Janis,
ReplyDeleteIf you mean the triangles where I did a curved stitch - I only did one row of stitching...I think it is called 'Orange Peel'. I thought you might like the colours.
