Family Heirloom

My fav quilt shop, www.thecountryyard.co.nz has this beautiful Block of the month available for all who are looking for something a wee bit special.

Using my favourite thread, Madeira Polyneon I did a bit of this and.......

I have another post coming soon of a fun quilt, but I will check with my customer if it is OK to post photo's.

    I saw this 'in person' yesterday and it is so lovely - a real heirloom alright. I like how you quilted the very bottom.
