I'm sure Dorothy will be adding eyes to these teddy bears now the quilting is complete. 
I'm pleased she waited to add any embellishments for after quilting.

I did a combination of a digital corner and partial border design of the bees and ruler work.

Kaffe Fasset Fan's this one is for you! And the perfect quilts for twins.

What a treat from my postie a few weeks back another original quilt from Gena! A talented designer, one who "doesn't like to quilt by numbers"......and all my pleasure to "quilt as desired".

Measuring 95" square, this gorgeous quilt had to be photographed pegged up on my mezzanine floor as it was raining the day I needed a photo. Isn't it lovely?

The photo's never do the quilt justice, Gena's style and fabric choice make for a very special quilt. Gena even chose the perfect Kaffe Fassett wide backer......................

Kerryn, owner of The Country Yard  handed over these two quilts to have 'frosting' (aka quilting) and the Full Quiltmekiwi Binding Service. Perfect for someone having twins of the one boy & one girl kind!

                The backing was a luxuriously soft flannel fabric of cute stars ranging in colours.
